Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes. All classes have a limited number of slots and must have a certain amount of students for the class to be held. You must preregister thru online or by sending PM on Facebook or by phone (02-551 1931) or by email (email@example.com). Your reservation is confirmed once your payment is done and aknowledged.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Please check your calendars carefully before committing to class enrollment as class fees are non-refundable.
Reservations for classes may be canceled for a full refund until 2 weeks (14 days) before the class date. Of course, you may also choose to have the class fee transferred to another session, should one be available.
If less than 2 weeks notice given, we regret that the class is non-refundable.
But you are welcome to transfer the class to another person, however.
There are no make-up classes for any classes missed.
In the event that minimum enrollments are not met, or a class has to be rescheduled we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. If this occurs, your entire fee will be refunded.
Can I reschedule for a class at a later time?
If you give 48 hours advance notice, your class fee can be applied to a future class or used for store credit. Please do understand, all classes must meet a minimum number of students and you may be rescheduled until the minimum number of students is met. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will only be given in the case that the class is cancelled. Refunds will be in the same form of payment that was originally taken at the register. You may also use this refund as store credit.
What if I have an emergency and can't make the class?
We do understand that emergencies arise and our management will work with you on an individual basis at their discretion. This matter will also be addressed with the class instructor to make alternative arrangements.
Will you use my photo on social media?
Your registration for a class grants permission for Bakecraft to use any photo or video taken during classes and parties for promotional use. This includes but not limited to the website, all social media, and store display.
What if I have feedback about the class?
We hope you enjoy all the classes you attend at Bakecraft. If for any reason you are not happy with your experience, please contact the Store Supervisor. We will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
